NεH† Datafiles 0.134u3

Some errors in Mame NεH† 0.134u3 source has occured some sha1 errors with some sets when generate a Dat with the Mame.exe.

The sets with some sha1 errors are :

The King Of Fighter's 98 Anniversary Edition [EGHT 2009]

【模式设定】
--------
【ADV模式】1. A，B，C，D攻击中敌人时，可以按AB费气向前闪。
2. 按BC爆气，消耗一个POW。POW槽不自减，自身攻击中敌人（不包括防御）时能取消出其它招式，超杀，取消时消耗一定的POW槽；
并且，第一次取消时，扣接下去的连技的攻击力的1/3，第二次取消时，在扣1/3的基础上再扣接下去的连技的攻击力的1/2。。第三次。。同样是1/2。
3. 前AB，后AB为前后滚。

【EX模式】1. 按BC爆气，拥有KOF2K的BCD功能。消耗一个POW。发超杀时会自动解除爆气状态。
2. AB为原地闪避
3. 某些招式按BC消耗一个POW，会有弹墙功能（标注；DC）的招式。

【SP模式】1. 按BC爆气，消耗一个POW；爆气状态时攻击力增加，发动超杀时，爆气状态不会取消；爆气状态不能发MAX,MAX2
2. 有SC功能。
